01 / RETENTION PERIODS
Health records are maintained for a period of five (5) years following the last consultation to ensure clinical continuity and safety. Non-medical administrative data is purged every twenty-four (24) months of client inactivity.
02 / THIRD PARTY INTEGRATIONS
We integrate with secure Greek laboratory portals and Zoom Healthcare for video consultations. These partners are strictly vetted for GDPR and HIPAA-aligned security protocols. We do not integrate with social media tracking pixels on patient dashboards.
03 / EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS
You may request a portable copy of your metabolic data, ask for correction of clinical records, or request complete account erasure. All requests are processed within thirty (30) business days via our secure email channel.
